A very, very fine day

Walking along Stinson Beach you are bound to encounter all sorts of folks. Fishing is not hugely popular, but according to this Filipino man that we met, he comes each weekend from Daly City to catch perch, etc. Have you noticed the two USA hats? They can be bought at your typical dollar store for, yes, a buck.



I got lucky with this shot. I took it with my new Casio EX-Z750 that I bought for only $349 and used one of the "Best Shot" options called "Cross" to get a cross filtered effect.

October light

There's a reason that September and October are easy months for weekend rentals. Folks know that the fog is mostly gone and the light is astounding.
